Wanna help me make a music video?
Several weeks ago, I planned on making a video for the song “Be Thankful”. It was going to be a small autumn dinner party with a big turkey on a table surrounded by friends. Warm smiling faces in slow motion, red and yellow leaves falling in the background, and so on. Unfortunately, both the director & I came into contact with people who tested positive for covid and we cancelled the shoot. Now that the pandemic is raging and things are locking down, I see only one way to safely and honestly make this video; WITH ALL OF YOU!
If you want to be a part of this music video, then follow these simple INSTRUCTIONS. Film a short video with your phone of something, someone, or somewhere that you’re thankful for. It only needs to be 10 to 30 seconds long and in horizontal format. The audio will not be used, so please don’t speak at the camera, but you can sing along to the song if you’d like. Send the video to ianfishersongs@gmail.com before next Monday, Nov. 30th.
